The ESD Marketplace can be used for more than just publishing procurement opportunities but also development and accessing funding opportunities.

Our research shows us that one of the largest challenges for SMME’s in the mining and energy sector is access to funding to execute against a purchase order/ contract (access to working capital and supply chain finance).

Suppliers can apply for procurement opportunities, be developed within our ESD program and apply for funding. This is a “one stop shop” approach for SMME’s/ suppliers in the mining and energy sectors.
